Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Brookville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Contract generally consists of the following: Construction of a new 30 ft x 50 ft conventionally framed building for use by the City of Brookville in the processing of sludge at their Wastewater Treatment Plant. The building will consist of metal stud load bearing walls and pre-engineered wood roof trusses atop a 3'-4" concrete knee wall, slab, and foundation. The building will be clad with metal wall panels inside-and-out and metal roofing. The building will have 2 overhead doors, 200 AMP electrical service, domestic water service, and a waste oil fired unit heating system. Site improvements include modifications to the underground stormwater collection, concrete approaches and sidewalks surrounding the new building. A separate performance bond and payment bond each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required of the Successful Bidder following award of the Contract by the City. This project will be contracted using State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates for Montgomery County. The City reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids or to award such contract as in its judgment is deemed to the best interest of the City.
