The performance bond and payment bond or Letter of Credit must be in an amount equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the Total Square Yard Bid as outlined herein. The performance bond and payment bond or Letter of Credit shall be returned by the City upon completion of work contemplated in this RFP. Except as mutually agreed upon by the City and Bidder, Bidder shall not proceed with paving without City consent.
