Renovation of a stadium in Lake Placid, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Scope includes: All labor, tools, equipment, materials, temporary facilities and profit & overhead to for a project that includes the demolition and construction of Cooling Tower refrigeration systems supply and return lines, makeup water line, overflow drain line, communications conduit, fiber optic cabling and patch panels, and including select site features, including pavement areas, accessible ramps, sidewalk, and curbing. Time is of the essence.
