Renovation of a mixed-use development in Opelousas, Louisiana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The St. Landry Parish School Board is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from highly qualified Architectural Firms interested in providing complete Architectural Design Services for the following project: Architectural Design Services for Re-Roofing of Opelousas Middle School & Washington Career and Technical Educational Center Statements of Qualifications shall only by submitted on St. Landry Parish School Board Standard Qualifications Form STLPSB-AE (dated 1/1/22). Therefore, all respondents are encouraged to utilize minority participation to the extent possible through the use of small, disadvantaged, and women-owned businesses as consultants. The St. Landry Parish School Board Architectural and Engineering Selection Committee reserves the right to reject all of the submittals in response to this Request for Qualifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
