Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Locust Grove, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project entails installation of a 1.1 MGD mobile Pall membrane unit provided as Owner furnished equipment. The Pall membrane unit will operate as a parallel treatment process to the existing conventional surface water treatment system (1.4 MGD) for a combined new plant capacity of 2.5 MGD. Additional project elements include: presedimentation aeration system, membrane feed pump station and pre-engineered building, flocculation tanks and mixers, slab and piping for mobile Pall membrane system, pre-engineered CIP building, pre-engineered bulk storage and feed building, new electrical service, yard piping, electrical and controls, emergency standby generator, and furnishing and installing all ancillary components to achieve an upgraded plant capacity of 2.5 MGD. The last date and time to submit questions is 5:00 PM on March 31, 2022.
