Pursuant to Sections 1770, et. seq., of the California Labor Code, the selected firm will be required to pay not less than the prevailing wage of per diem wages as determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations. The standard that results in greater wages and benefits shall prevail. The City hereby affirmatively ensures that Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice.
