Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Clarkrange, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,074-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Plans call for the construction of a new one-story stand alone vocational center to include culinary arts, welding, cosmetology, and health sciences. The work included under these Specifications and the accompanying drawings consists of providing all items, articles, materials, operations or methods listed, mentioned or scheduled on the drawings and/or herein, including all labor, materials, services, equipment and incidentals for the construction of the Clarkrange High School Vocational Building, Fentress County Schools. In general, the work includes a free-standing addition on the site of the existing Clarkrange High School. The Architect and Owner have attempted to identify all scopes of work; however, all incidental parts of the work may not be identified in the documents. All collateral or accompanying work required in order to accommodate work specifically shown in the documents shall be included in the Contractor's bid, and shall not be cause for issuance of change orders. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 3-15-2022. Site Plan E1.0 has been issued.
