Rehabilitation of the existing clubhouse, patio area, located on the east side of the clubhouse, and exterior walkways around clubhouse. Interior improvements include restroom area to create unisex ADA facilities, kitchen remodel, storage room remodel, new windows and interior finishes. Existing clubhouse will be furnished with a new HVAC system and new ADA ramps, at existing Parking lot, to comply with American Disabilities Act. The contract shall allow the Contractor One Hundred (100) working days to complete the contract.
