In accordance with Indiana Code Section 5-16-13-1, et seq., prequalification with the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA) or the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is required of all contractors, in any contractor tier, performing work under contract to the IAA which is estimated to be One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000) or greater. SP-1 SCOPE OF WORK This work includes construction of various items for the CEP Chiller Upgrades project at the Indianapolis International Airport, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to: Remove existing Chiller components, including the compressor, from Chiller #3. Upgrade Chiller #3 to utilize R-513A refrigerant per manufacturer requirements. Install new Refrigerant Monitor rated for R-513A refrigerant and provide associated sensor and piping to Chiller #3. Alternate No. 1: Provide Variable Frequency Drive and new motor for Chiller #3.
