Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marianna, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of March 17, 2022, project was awarded to Baxter’s Asphalt, awarded amount is $396,978.10. The Project consists of milling and resurfacing approximately 1300 feet of Indian Circle. The construction activities include approximately 706 tons of asphalt, approximately 121 SY of architectural paver sidewalk, associated roadway/parking striping and signage, installation of two curb ramps, and associated landscaping. It also includes making improvements to an existing parking lot including the removal of 0.02 acres of asphalt and 28 SY of existing concrete and the installation of 3.9 tons of asphalt and 202 LF of curb and gutter. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% will be required of the successful Bidder. A Bid Bond payable to Chipola College for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid shall be filed with the proposal. The Bid Bond shall be prepared on the forms specified and signed by a Bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Florida. The CM shall commence the performance of this Contract on May 5, 2022 and shall diligently continue its performance to and until final completion of the Project. The CM shall accomplish Substantial Completion of the Project on or before June 30, 2022.
