The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Executive Division, invites qualified firms with extensive background in North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) compliance services to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). The Contractor will provide expert technical advice and consultation in reliability compliance, and standards to ensure adherence with NERC and Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) reliability standard specific to DWRs State Power Augmentation Project.
