Deadline for Inquiries 3:00 PM, MST, 03/03/2022 Seeking a statement of qualifications to provide CMAR Services relating to the construction of multiple Lab Renovation projects at the ASU MacroTechnology Works (MTW) Building. The MTW Building is located at the ASU Research Park, 7700 S River Pkwy, Tempe, AZ 85284. This building has a total of 260,593 GSF Lab Renovations will be phased to support the research mission of the facility. Phase 1 renovations will begin in the two (2) following areas: o Area 3 o Renovations will occur within the 660 SF of existing labs. o This area is constructed on a concrete floor slab with a traditional wall system of gypsum board on metal studs, and an acoustic ceiling tile system. o The rooms will remain the same, but a new double door will be added between the two labs, while an existing door will be removed between the labs o Renovations include but not limited to process piping and lab casework. o ASU is pre-purchasing laboratory casework and CFHs as shown in construction documents. It will be the contractor's responsibility to receive, store, install, make operational these items as part of their scope of work. Area 5: o Renovations include the reconfigurations of approximately 2,243 SF of the existing labs o Renovations include but not limited to process piping and lab casework. o ASU is pre-purchasing 36 demountable wall partitions, laboratory casework and CFHs as shown in construction documents. It will be the contractor's responsibility to receive, store, install, make operational these items as part of their scope of work. Estimated Construction Budget: $3,500,000 - $10,000,000
