Lakefront Environmental Operation and Maintenance Services for Permanent Containment Cells at former OMC Sites/Harbor The City of Waukegan is requesting proposals for a 4-year contract to provide environmental operation and maintenance services for permanent containment cells at the former OMC Sites/Waukegan Harbor (collectively, the "site"). Proposals shall be submitted as written proposals along with the last page (Proposal Form) included in this RFP. Each proposer, by making a proposal to furnish the aforementioned item(s), signifies their intention and good faith to enter into a contract with the City of Waukegan should they be awarded the contract. RESERVED RIGHTS The City of Waukegan reserves the exclusive right to waive sections, technicalities, irregularities and informalities and to accept or reject any and all proposals and to disapprove of any and all subcontractors as may be in the best interest of the City. This contract will provide environmental compliance services for oversight, operation and maintenance of the PCB containment cells for fiscal year beginning May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2026. The operation and maintenance of the PCB containment cells for the City of Waukegan will require a licensed wastewater treatment operator and experience in managing and conducting environmental compliance activities.
