Renovation of a municipal facility in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,118-square-foot municipal facility.
This existing 4,118 s.f. facility will receive selective demolition and remodel tenant improvements. The scope of work will consist of demolition of existing interior walls, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and all associated items. Tenant improvement build back will include a reception area, offices, work areas, conference rooms, break room, and restrooms. The work required on exterior will be the demolition of selected windows which will be filled to match existing brick exterior finish and demolition of exterior wall to install new clerestory windows. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.
