Renovation of a water / sewer project in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
PROJECT NO.20071 4Installation of new pumps, generator, HVAC improvements, electrical improvements and modifications to flow meter vaults 5% of bid amount WAGES: Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Wages For this project, the City of Grand Rapids Prequalification of Bidders and Subcontractors is waived and replaced with a Contractor's Qualification Statement that must be submitted as required in the bid documents. This project is funded in whole or in part by a loan through the State of Michigan. As such, the contractors and subcontractors will be required to meet all additional requirements of the Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF) including but not limited to EPA's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program; Debarment/Suspension Certifications; and Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages. The City of Grand Rapids Micro-Local Business Enterprise Policy and the Bid Discount Policy applies to this project.
