The work includes the construction of approximately: 15,000 SY Remove Bituminous Pavement (Full Depth) 1,200 LF Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 7 EA Adjust Casting or Valve Box 3,600 TN Bituminous Mixture for Streets 400 TN Bituminous Mixture for Trails 750 SF Concrete Pedestrian Curb Ramp 3,400 SY Restoration (Seed/Hydraulic Matrix, Topsoil/Compost Mix) 12,900 LF Pavement Markings, Latex Paint 60 LF 1.25" Nonmetallic Conduit 1,040 LF DIP Water Main, CL 52, Incl Poly Wrap 210 LF 6" PVC Schedule 40 Storm Service together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications A proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Woodbury shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
