Redding Construction, Inc. has been selected to serve as the Construction Manager and General Contractor for Polk County Schools in the construction of the Rockmart High School Football Field- Phase 1 (Early bid package) Turf and Shock Pad Procurement, to be constructed at 990 Cartersville Highway in Rockmart, Georgia. Please note that this bid package is for the procurement of the Artificial Grass Field Turf and the Shock pad per the division 32 specification attached. A complete civil design, including the underdrain system will be delivered to the successful bidder from this phase 1 package for pricing in the coming weeks. Work is scheduled to begin May 28, 2022 with a mandatory final project completion July 25, 2022. Location- 990 Cartersville Highway in Rockmart, Georgia
