This work must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the specifications which will be available only in the electronic tendering system approved by the Government ( www.seao.ca ), section "construction work". All submissions must be completed on the submission form provided by the municipality in order to facilitate the analysis of submissions and be accompanied by a deposit equivalent to at least 10% of the amount of the submission in the form of a certified check payable to of the municipality of St-David-de-Falardeau or a bid bond as provided for in the specifications. The persons responsible for this call for tenders are Mr. Daniel Hudon, Secretary-Treasurer and General Manager and Mr. Marcel Paul, Director of Public Works and any question or request for information must be addressed to them exclusively at 418-673-4647 or at the email address d.hudon@villefalardeau.ca or m.paul@villefalardeau.ca. No submissions by fax or email will be considered. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received. award is subject to final approval.
