Renovation of a multi-residential development in Frisco, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is soliciting proposals from qualified service providers in elevator modernization. The best proposal will be selected for award based upon consideration of qualifications, relevant experience, schedule and cost. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements of Summit County and the public interest. The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal. Any questions regarding this Request for Proposal should be directed to Wayne Byrne, 970-668-4230 or wayne.byrne@summitcountyco.gov All interested firms are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in this Request for Proposal. The Contractor shall remove and replace components, as listed below, on existing Otis elevator, machine #473221, single car, (2) stop, 100fpm, 2500lb capacity hydraulic elevator to provide a complete, and operating modernized elevator system. The awarded Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and other incidentals necessary to provide new (ASME A17.1 2019) code compliant and up to date operating elevator system.
