The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement for Removal and Replacement of AHU-1 Chilled Water Coils located at the National Laboratory for Agriculture and the Environment (NLAE) located at 1015 North University Boulevard, Ames, IA 50011. PROJECT SCOPE: This requirement is to Replace AHU 1 chiller water coils (2) and reconfigure original supply and return plumbing to be correct. Insulate coil with 1" fiberglass insulation. Complete details will be provided in the Statement of Work. Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Site visits are tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, Jun 14, 2022 at 10:00AM CT and Wednesday, Jun 15, 2022 at 1:00PM CT. In order to attend the site visit, you MUST pre-register by Jun 13, 2022 at 10:00 AM CT. The same information will be provided at all site visits, so offerors only need to attend one. The anticipated period of performance will be 60 calendar days from Notice To Proceed. It is anticipated that solicitation will result in a single award firm-fixed price contract.
