This Property Management program requires a Contractor to provide property management services for Midway International Airport. The services include maintenance of facilities, management and coordination of services with the Chicago Department of Aviation, planning, organizing, monitoring programs including occupational and health hazard controls, loss control and safety as set forth in Exhibit 1, Scope of Services of this RFP. The City reserves the right to evaluate potential conflicts of interests, if any, not set forth by Respondent that could present a conflict in the performance of the Services as stated herein. The City also reserves the right to render a final decision on the eligibility of a particular Respondent to be considered for an award of an Agreement, all in a manner consistent with the best interests of the City. Based on the Citys need to compare Schedule of Compensation between Respondents, Respondents should not deviate significantly from the compensation methods outlined in Exhibit 2. The City reserves the right to negotiate a Schedule of Compensation with selected Respondent. Respondent, or each separate legal entity comprising Respondent, if applicable, must provide a copy of its most recent audited financial statements. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any financial documentation other than the audited financial statements. The City reserves the right to require Respondents to replace any proposed MBE/WBE that is not certified with the City of Chicago or Cook County.
