The PARIS SPECIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT will be accepting bids on a a 30x40x14 Post Frame Constructed Metal Sided Building to be located at 115 South Wilson Street, Paris, TN. 1. 30 x 40 x 14 Metal Sided Post Frame Construction; 2. Building shall be constructed on a 4" concrete pad - 4000 psi concrete with wire mesh and vapor barrier; 3. 12 x 12 insulated overhead panel garage door with garage door opener; 4. 36" steel entry door to be located on the front; 5. 35 year metal siding 3' wainscot on bottom of wall panels in bronze color - stone color on upper section and bronze roof; 6. Post Frame construction to be fully insulated; 7. Trusses on 2 ft centers; 8. 3/12 roof pitch; 9. All site work to be included in bid pricing; 10. 20 x 30 concrete apron - 4" thick (same as #2 with wire mesh); 11. Provide a 200 amp electrical service with one outlet
