Description

The University of Houston System ("Owner") is soliciting competitive sealed proposals (each, a "Proposal") for the demolition of the warehouse (the "Project"), located at 3907 Dennis Street, Houston, TX 77058. Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to demolish a warehouse of approximately +/-73,546 square feet in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Walter P. Moore, , a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT D. The demolition shall include, but is not limited to, all of the structure and foundation, utilities must be capped at the main source, and the site will be subsequently graded for positive drainage and seeded.
