Questions Due: 5:00 PM, October 26, 2022 Replacement Of The Existing Hvac System That Serves The Aquarium Life Support Room. Interior Air Handler And Exterior Condensing Unit Shall Be Replaced With An Exterior Gound Mounted Packaged Unit, Ducted To The Interior Through The Adjacent Wall. Interior Insulated Ductwork And Grilles Shall Also Be Replaced With Materials That Shall Better Withstand The Corrosive Environment. Replacement of the existing HVAC system that serves the aquarium life support room. Interior air handler and exterior condensing unit shall be replaced with an exterior ground mounted packaged unit, ducted to the interior through the adjacent wall. Interior insulated ductwork and grilles shall also be replaced with materials that shall better withstand the corrosive environment in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and Contract Documents. All work shall be completed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. This performance period includes completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including submission of all Submittals, mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection and delivery of documents described in the Uniform General Conditions, Article 12, 12.1.1.1.
