Site work for a stadium in Marysville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.
The base bid will be for the removal and replacement of the existing fence surrounding Viking Stadium on Collard Drive in the City of Marysville, Michigan. The approximate quantities for the major items of work involved in this project are as follows: o Fence Removal - 2,200 feet o Chain Link Fence (8' High) - 2,200 feet o 4 Foot Wide, Chain Link Gate (8' high) - 5 each o 6 Foot Wide, Chain Link Gate (8' high) - 6 each As required by State Law (Public Act 232 of 2004) all proposals/bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the bidder or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Marysville Public School District Board or the Superintendent of the School District. Additionally, as required by State Law (Public Act 517 of 2012), the bidder must certify that it is not an Iran-linked business as defined by PA 517. Any bid that does not include this sworn and notarized statement will be rejected. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for items of work, as specified. Bids shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided by the Engineer Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after receipt.
