Site work for a mixed-use development in Chatham, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
All questions must be received by 5:00 p.m. on March 10, 2022. Danville-Pittsylvania Regional Industrial Facility Authority Southern Virginia Megasite at Berry Hill Lot 1 and 2 Graded Pad The principal features of work to be performed under this Contract consist of site grading, erosion and sediment control, site stabilization, clearing and grubbing and storm water management as described in the drawings and specifications. The OWNER reserves the right to waive irregularities and informalities in bids received and to reject any and all bids and to award the contract where it appears to be in the best interest of the Owner. Bidders must be properly licensed as a Contractor in the State of Virginia. Bidder's VA Contractor's license number must be on the outside of the bid package. This procurement will be conducted by Pittsylvania County, as agent for RIFA, in general accordance with Pittsylvania County's Procurement Policy; however, nothing in this Advertisement for Bids and related documents shall constitute a waiver by RIFA of its exemption from competition under Virginia Code Section 2.2-4344.B, as amended.
