As of August 16, 2022, construction is underway. Work to include but not limited to supply, construction, installation and testing of Water Well No. 5 and associated piping and fittings, electrical building, foundations, grading, storm sewer piping and inlet, paving, fencing, yard piping, generator, complete electrical system on site, and modifications to Water Plant No. 1 Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The deadline to ask questions is 3/04/2022 10:00 AM A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Please read the new Special Conditions of the Agreement Part A and be prepared to comply with same. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer.
