Renovation of an educational facility in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code 153.50 (B) bids will be received for one General Contact covering all divisions of the work that will include general, plumbing, heating & ventilating, and electrical construction. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates apply. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The District reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
