Saving Project...

Renovation of a library in Norton Shores, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

The City of Norton Shores is seeking sealed bids for the removal and disposal of the old 2' x 5' suspended ceiling tile and to have new 2' x 5' suspended ceiling tile purchased and installed using the existing track at our Norton Shores Branch Library. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to make partial awards in the best interest of the City. The Owner may make such investigations as he deems necessary to determine the ability of the bidder to supply the equipment as specified, and the bidder shall furnish to the Owner all such information and data for this purpose as the Owner may request. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the agreement. The Owner further reserves the right to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Owner. The Owner further reserves the right to delete equipment items as deemed necessary.
