This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Jacksonville, Florida. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

1. Work under this contract pressure washing and cleaning of all buildings on property including two (2) storage connex and all dumpster enclosures and playground equipment project shall include the furnishing of all labor, equipment, supplies, parts, tools, chemicals, transportation, and supervision. 2. Contractor shall comply with all local requirements regarding permitting and the containment of discharge into the storm drain system. 3. Cleaning agent must be BIO-Based cleaning agent safe to environment and areas being pressure washed and cleaned. 4. Contractor shall Furnish and maintain any and all warning devices (i.e., barricades, cones, signs, lights, etc.) required to adequately protect the public, JHA staff, and other workers during the performance of the work. 5. Pressure wash and cleaning including but not limited All brick, Block masonry surfaces, vinyl surfaces, stucco surfaces, wood surfaces, and all concrete surfaces, porches, roof drip edge, gutters, steps, stoops, poles, decks and decking, walkways and sidewalks throughout the complex property freeing those areas of all mildew, dirt, grime, gum, and graffiti. Areas are to be cleaned in their entirety (NOT spot-cleaned). 6. Special attention and precautions are to be taken around windows, doorways, outdoor receptacles, and stairwells to ensure safe passage to pedestrians, to avoid forcing water into or underneath doorways, windows, receptacles at point of cleaning. If leaking is detected, contractor to immediately remove any water accumulation and document the leaking area. This documentation is to be turned into the Property Manager. 7. Stair wells shall be cleaned using low water pressure and brushes so not to cause water intrusion into units. 8. To thoroughly wash the surfaces pressure washer water broom, Ridge washer, hydro scrubbers, scrub brushes will be required to remove the materials and produce a thoroughly and evenly clean surface all cleaned surfaces shall be rinsed clean and no fine grit or grime shall be allowed to remain. 9. Any damage or swirl marks caused by improper pressure or method will be the responsibility of the contractor to correct or repair. 10. Glass surfaces which may get streaking as a result of cleaning operations shall be cleaned and dried by contractor. 11. Cover all vegetation, and request the manger to remove any cars, and have the tenants close all windows in your construction area planned for that day. 12. Contractor will also be responsible for the cleaning out existing roof gutter system. 13. Contractor is responsible for completely removing from the property all debris generated from gutter cleaning. 14. Inspect gutter joints for obvious signs of damage advise JHA maintenance foreman of any repairs exceeding the normal scope of cleaning. 15. Contractor will be responsible for supplying water for the project from metered hydrant or other sources, water can be obtained from the property hose bibb at rear of property by conex lay down area. Deadlines Q/A Cutoff Date: 02/25/2022 Q/A Cutoff Time: 11:00 AM CST An original certificate showing the quoter's automobile insurance coverage in a combined single limit of $1,000,000. For every vehicle utilized during the term of this program, when not owned by the entity, each vehicle must have evidence of automobile insurance coverage with limits of no less than $50,000/$100,000 and medical pay of $5,000 with a deductible not greater than $1,000. A copy of the quoters business license allowing that entity to provide such services within the jurisdiction of Duval County. A copy of the quoter's license issued by the State of Florida licensing authority allowing the quoter to provide the services detailed herein. Failure to complete and submit all required information, or to add any additional requirements not acceptable to the JHA, may invalidate the quote submitted. Furthermore, the JHA shall reserve the right to reject, without consideration, alternate quotes, meaning those that do not meet the requirements of this QSP.
