All questions concerning this RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to OHMVR.Contracts@parks.ca.gov on or before 2:00pm on Thursday, March 10. Indicate the RFQ title in the subject line. Contact with DPR shall be made only through e-mail; telephone calls will not be accepted. If answers to questions alter the RFQ, the Department of Parks and Recreation will issue and Addendum to the RFQ. All addendums become part of the contract documents. Any oral representations issued shall be of no force or effect. Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflict in or among the contract documents or doubts as to meaning shall be brought to the state's attention no later than (7) seven days prior to the submittal due date. The Contractor shall provide a wide range of environmental services in compliance with US Environmental Protection Agency and State Water Resources Control Board guidelines for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System applicable storm water, erosion and sediment control regulations. The Contractor will assist the Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation (OHMVR) Division with compliance of all applicable federal, state, and local storm water and water quality regulations. The Contractor will support all nine State Vehicular Recreation Areas (SVRAs) as needed with work including but not limited to MS4 permitting support, data collection and management, SWPPP development, monitoring, and support, obtaining relevant environmental permits, and ensuring compliance with the 2020 Soil Conservation Standard.
