A single overall bid is being sought for the project. The single overall bid includes but is not limited to mobilization, removal of existing tennis court fencing and in ground equipment, reconstruction of the existing six (6) tennis courts including milling courts in place, installation of new perimeter concrete curb, 10' high PVC coated fence, new HMA base and HMA surface course. The tennis court playing surface will be constructed using two coats of an acrylic re-surfacer and two coats of an acrylic color coating with game line striping all in accordance with U.S.T.A., A.S.B.A., and ITF classifications. Ancillary work includes tennis court net systems, perimeter windscreen, concrete sidewalk, earthwork, grading, site restoration and soil erosion controls within the limit of disturbance and all other incidentals appurtenant thereto as directed by the Engineer, in a neat, competent, and skilled manner. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. NO BIDS ARE TO BE DROPPED OFF AT THE ENGINEER'S OFFICE. All work on this contract shall be completed before August 5, 2022 and within 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
