Renovation of a medical facility in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for the MEP building cooling tower stairwell located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. LOCATION: CNOHC Tahlequah, Oklahoma Install new stairwell to existing Cooling Towers on MEP Building. Contractor will also remove existing ladder on the MEP building and close the handrail where the existing ladder is. : Contractor will design; install a new stair system to access the cooling towers on top of the MEP building at CNOHC. Stairwell must be ADA compliant and follow all safety guidelines for install and design. The stairwell system will need to be 4' wide with two landings built in. One landing will allow access to the roof level of the MEP building and the other landing will terminate at the cooling tower platform level. Contractor will also remove existing ladder and dispose of the ladder offsite. Contractor will also need to construct a 3' stairwell from the cooling tower platform down to the roof level of the MEP building. It is approximately 13' from the concrete pad to the top of the MEP building and approximately 7' more feet to the platform level that the cooling towers are on. Contractor will also be responsible for any cranes needed to complete this job.
