Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Johnston, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a sidewalk / parking lot and water / sewer project.
Base Bid: construction of new 8-inch raw water mains from Well Numbers 7 and 8 to near the Water Treat Plant including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of 1100 feet of 8-inch raw water main in open cut, 2000 feet of 8-inch raw water main in trenchless construction, gate valves, bends, tee fittings, four cleaning ports, improvements at Well Numbers 7 and 8, miscellaneous sanitary sewer and storm sewer removal and replacement, HMA and sidewalk removal and replacement, restoration of disturbed surfaces, erosion control and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup, all in accordance with the contract documents.
