PN- 600-110 Transformation of the existing Rose Street area between Columbia Lane and Huguelet Drive into a pedestrian plaza and gathering place. This portion of the project includes work between Columbia Avenue and extending to Funkhouser Drive and along Funkhouser Drive to Library Drive. New amenities and features are to include hardscapes, stone masonry planters, benches, seating, fountain, charging stations, walkway lighting, accent lighting, stone terrace walls, stone slab benches, metal arbor structures, accent pavements, cobblestone pavements, historic blend concrete pavements, exposed aggregate pavements, landscaping and sodding. This new plaza will also extend west along the Chemistry-Physics building and include a portion of Funkhouser Drive.
