Demolition, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Barrington, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a 403-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
The project generally involves the removal and replacement of the secondary clarifier mechanism in an existing concrete tank with an Owner pre-selected mechanism. The Work includes but is not necessarily limited to the construction of a new head works building as well as the supply, installation, and commissioning of a new influent screen and electro-mechanical equipment; supply and installation of yard piping, demolition of existing structures, the installation of pre-selected equipment, and all work as specified herein and as shown on the Project Drawings.
