Such proposals received will be acted upon at such time and place or at such later time and place as may then be fixed. BID SECURITY: All bids ,5must be accompanied by bid security payable to OWNER in an amount equal to at least 5% of the highest total amount including Add Alternates. The bid security may be in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or a bid bond executed by corporations authorized to contract as surety in the State of Iowa.
