This Request for Quotations ("RFQ") is an invitation by the Municipality of the County of Inverness, (the "Municipality"), to submit a quotation to supply and install Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations within Inverness County. The Municipality seeks a quotation to provide the following services and deliverables as set out below: Purchase, installation and preventative maintenance of fourteen (14) Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations at thirteen (13) locations within the Municipality of the County of Inverness. Contractors are to include a pricing for a provisional two-year preventative Maintenance Services Contract. The EVs must be Level 2 (08/240V) connectors, 3.3kW to 19.2 kW. They will be stand-alone pedestal mounted (single or double), with retractable cords. The charger must have a SAE J1772 standard plug head or be a proprietary connector type rated for a minimum of 3.3 kW power output and be networkready. The equipment supplied, and the installation shall meet the applicable requirements of the latest editions of all codes and regulations.
