This is not an offer, rather Omaha Public Power District ("OPPD"), a public corporation and a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, is soliciting Proposals from Bidders to provide structural steel and bus supports with the intent that the structural steel and bus supports be delivered to OPPD Substation located at 12282 South 180th Street, Gretna, NE 68028 in Sarpy County by May 30th, 2022. Should any Bidder be in doubt as to the intended meaning of any part of, or find any discrepancies or omissions in, the RFP, the Bidder shall at once notify OPPD in writing at RFP@oppd.com; and if the point in question is not clearly set forth, a written addendum or letter of clarification will be mailed or delivered to each Bidder to whom the RFP has been provided. Each Bidder requesting an interpretation will be responsible for the delivery of their written request to the Supply Chain Management Division, Attention: Ann Wehner to amwehner@oppd.com and RFP@oppd.com. OPPD will not be bound by or responsible for any explanations or interpretations of the RFP documents or any exhibits to said RFP documents that are not issued in writing in the foregoing manner. The execution and submission of the Proposal form to OPPD shall constitute an acknowledgment that the Bidder has carefully reviewed RFP #5958 in its entirety, including but not limited to all exhibit(s), addenda and letter(s) of clarification and fully understands the provisions and requirements thereof.
