The Tarrant County Hospital District d/b/a JPS Health Network (the "District") is seeking proposals for the provision of professional land civil surveying services for various projects related to the Tarrant County Hospital District Bond Program. The District will reject any proposal that fails to comply in all respects with the instructions set forth herein for responding to this Solicitation. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE, even if you are a current or prior vendor for the District. The contract awarded, if any, under and pursuant to this Solicitation shall supersede any previous contract, bid, or GPO agreement for the products or services described herein. Deadline for Questions Submitted by Respondents 03-03-2022, 12:00 p.m. CST The District may accept or reject your proposed revisions at its sole discretion. No proposed revisions will become effective unless accepted by the District and agreed to in writing and signed by both parties. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
