The Work to be performed shall be on NE 6th Street between Ballarat Ave NE and Thrasher Ave, on Janet Ave NE from NE 6th St to the south, on Orchard Ave NE from NE 6th St to the south, on Merritt Ave NE from NE 6th St to the South and on Thrasher Ave NE from NE 6th St to NE 4th St. The Work will consist of, but is not limited to, water main replacement; water service replacement; fire hydrant replacement; road reconstruction; miscellaneous surface restoration; traffic control; and other Work as required to complete the Project. The Engineer's estimated cost for the NE 6th Street Water Main Replacement Project is $1,600,000 to $1,650,000. Contract shall provide 105 working days to complete Schedules A and B. All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid deposit in the form of a Surety Bid Bond made payable to the City of North Bend, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) ofthe total amount of such Bid including sales tax, and all listed additives and alternates if applicable. The subcontractors list must be submitted with the Bid Package The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid or in the Bidding process and make the award as deemed to be in the best interest of the City *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
