Provide professional engineering services to prepare the plans, specifications and estimate leading to the construction of adding a protected left turn phasing, lengthen an existing turn pocket, and upgrade traffic signal equipment at the intersections of N. Pershing Avenue / Country Club Boulevard N. Pershing Avenue / Rosemarie Lane. Each proposal shall be submitted as one packet and shall be accompanied by the Non-Collusion Declaration and all of the required documents and information. The pricing shall be submitted under separate, sealed envelope. Each proposer shall be licensed in accordance with applicable State laws. The City of Stockton encourages local Stockton firms to propose on this project and the City encourages proposers to use local Stockton firms as subconsultants. Accordingly, the Local Business Preference Ordinance applies to this project. This project is subject to the requirements of the Citys Local Employment Ordinance. Proposers are hereby notified that the successful proposer and any subconsultant under them shall pay prevailing wage rates in accordance with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations. A contract will be awarded to proposer who best meets the needs of the City; provided, however, that the City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to re-advertise for proposals or to provide for the work to be done by the City of Stockton.
