Question Cutoff Date 5/1/2022 11:00:00 PM (ET) DOT is seeking an Overhead Door Company to remove and install 3 new overhead doors, at Repair Shop located on the Ames DOT Complex as per and specifications. Contractors will be required to provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the removal and replacement of 3 overhead doors as per the scope of work included under the line item tab and attached specifications under the attachment tab. Note 1 door is an insulated sectional door and the other 2 are rolling steel doors DOT Estimated Start Date: May 23 , 2022 and Final completion on or before August 30, 2022. This is project is exempt from state sales tax. Davis- Bacon Wages to not apply to this project. Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Jody McNaughton (see bid contract information) any and all questions related to this project included during a site visit are to be submitted to Jody McNaughton in writing preferably through the ION wave Bid system.
