Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Clifton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
FUELING FACILITY This Contract shall require the construction of one (1) new above ground diesel fuel storage tank, one (1) new above ground unleaded gasoline storage tank, one (1) new above ground waste oil storage tank, associated fuel dispensers, new canopy and all associated accessories, appurtenances and electric work. Also included is the removal and legal disposal of one (1) existing above ground waste oil tank and one (1) underground diesel fuel storage tank. Representatives of the Commission will be present to discuss the project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the pre-bid conference. The successful bidder for the Contract shall be required to comply with the prevailing local minimum wage rates as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor. Within the parameters established by the governing law, the Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the Proposal received and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
