Bidders must obtain the tender documents via the Electronic Tender System . The documents will be available from February 18, 2022 and the fees are set according to the rates established by the Electronic Tender System. All bidders must read and fully comply with the contractual management regulation #222-2021 adopted on June 15, 2021 by the municipality of Lantier, which is an integral part of the tender documents. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the tender documents produced by the firm GIRARD-HEBERT dated February 17, 2022, including addenda, if applicable. Any request for additional information must be made in writing, in accordance with the requirements of the notice to tenderers. The municipality of Lantier does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, and it incurs no liability with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. Bid Bond 10% is required. End date : 20 Jun 2022.
