Questions concerning the Request For Qualification shall be submitted only via email to the staff and email address stated above.No questions shall be answered orally. Respondents shall submit one (1) original complete package, two (2) duplicate copies, and one (1) electronic copy on USB drive inside a sealed package to the Town of Pembroke Park Town Clerk. The Proposal package shall be for the selection of a minimum of three (3) top ranked firms qualified to provide: Continuing Civil Engineering Consultant Services subject to the Requirements of the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) to Assist with the Design and Implementation of Municipal Engineering Projects. Responses to those questions considered material to the solicitation will be made available as formal addenda electronically. Proposers responsibility to seek clarification from the Town, if in the opinion of the Proposer inconsistencies appear to exist in the proposed scope of work or elsewhere in the Request For Qualification. The Town reserves the right to change the submission deadline, to issue amendments to the Invitation to Proposal, or to cancel, or reissue this RFQ without any penalty. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, and to waive minor irregularities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
