This project consists of renovations to this Middle School (137,500 sf), scope of work as noted below. This project is a two-phase project with work taking place in the summer of 2022 and summer of 2023. Please review the bid form as there is 1 alternate and 5-unit prices required. Required trades are listed below by Division (check specification, as list may not be all inclusive): 02 - Sitework – Pavement and sidewalk patching, new duct banks and related work for new electrical service, and new generator. 02 - Selective demolition and abatement thru-out the school. 03 - Concrete – floor patching, equipment pads, etc. 04 - Masonry – Masonry work – extensive masonry work thru-out, and masonry cleaning. 05 - Metals –Structural steel supports for new roof top HVAC equipment, loose lintels, etc. 06 - Carpentry – Rough carpentry, blocking, FRP panels, millwork, cabinets, & tops, and PVC trim. 07 Dampproofing, rigid insulation, batt insulation, vapor barrier, air infiltration barrier, metal soffit system, TPO roofing, flashings, roof hatch, firestopping, and caulking. 08 - Metal doors & frames, wood doors, door hardware, access doors, overhead rolling doors, aluminum entrances and storefronts, aluminum windows, and glazing. 09 - Metal studs & drywall, acoustic ceilings, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, sound attenuation insulation, and Painting. 10 - Toilet compartments, and toilet accessories. 11 - Narcotics cabinet. 12 - Roller up window shades, spring roller shades, and casework. 13 - Not used. 14 - Incline wheelchair lift. 15 - Fire protection systems, plumbing, new HVAC systems. 16 - Electrical – Basic electrical work, fire alarm systems, emergency generator.
