The CWA and CWA Letter of Assent are incorporated into the Contract Documents in the Supplemental Conditions, Attachments A and B. Each Bidder must submit the completed and executed CWA Letter of Assent concurrently with submitting its Bid Proposal. All Subcontractors must complete and execute the CWA Letter of Assent as a condition to performing any Work on the Project.
