Reference number : 1565675 Review Title : Manufacture of crushed stone Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-03 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Manufacture of crushed" The municipality of La Corne wishes to receive tenders for the manufacture of 10,000 tons of crushed MG20 in the extraction site 32C05-3, in which it holds a non-exclusive lease bearing the number BNE 32634. This site is located in the road du Lithium in La Corne, on lot 52 of range 10 in the Lacorne township, whose coordinates are: East: 291825 - North: 5367178 - Zone 18 Interested bidders may obtain the bid documents as of February 21, 2022 by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service or by consulting the website by stipulating the number of the notice . The documents can be obtained at a cost determined by the Organization. Each of the bidders must provide with his bid, a bid security in the form of a bid bond or a certified check for 10% of the bid price, including all taxes. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. Performance Bond 30% is required. Duration of the contract is till 30 Jun 2022.
