The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for construction of the above projects; consisting of but not limited to the following items of work: mobilization; removal and replacement of road base, asphalt; installation of approximately 120 linear feet of 12-inch RCP, 110 linear feet of 15-inch RCP, 160 linear feet of 6-inch diameter pvc SDR 35 sanitary sewer pipe, 210 linear feet of 4-inch diameter electrical conduit, 50 linear feet of 4-inch diameter C-900 DR-18 pvc culinary water piping, irrigation vault, 2" RP Station with pad and locking cover, 2" water meter and vault with 200 lineal feet of 200 psi 2" poly water pipe, and all appurtenant work in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer, CEC, Civil Engineering Consultants, PLLC. PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: Questions in regards to the proposed project shall be directed to the Engineer, noted above. No drawing, specifications, product substitution and/or interpretations will be made unless noted with "Addendum". BID GUARANTEE: All Bids submitted shall be in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be guaranteed by the Bidder for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of Bid Opening. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make award or refuse in the interest of the Owner. PROJECT CONTRACT TIME: All proposed work contained in the contract documents shall be completed with 50 calendar day after the Notice to Proceed is issued. It is anticipated that the Notice to Proceed will be issued by the end of March 2022. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Liquidated damages or project delay charges will be issued for work not completed on time per the contract documents. The Engineer's Estimate of Cost for the total project is $159,380.00
